Qigong, yoga and tai chi are practices developed to direct and calm the mind while assisting with the release of physical and mental tension. These practices encourage the practitioner to develop a greater sense of self-awareness and functionality.

Reiki is a relaxation and stress reduction technique that encourages the free flow of universal healing energy.

Through their evolution into modern times these practices can be applied to anyone seeking to cultivate a sense of inner peace and personal growth.

Classes emphasize Five Element Theory, a methodology that embraces constant change, the dynamic of yin (cooling, inward, nourishing) and yang (warming, outward, energizing), further divided into relatable elements.

I am Laura Budde, a continual student, practitioner and instructor of qigong, yoga, tai chi and reiki.

Since 2019 I have taught over 2000 classes in-person and online with students ages three to 85 years old.

​

 

 

 

 

 

 

Graduate of Chatham University's Integrative Health Studies Bachelor of Arts Program (2015),

500 Hour Experienced Yoga Teacher, Tai Chi for Health Instructor,

Five Element Qigong Instructor & Usui Holy Fire III World Peace Reiki Master/Teacher
