Registration/payment for entire session is required - Cost $60

Schedule

Tuesday Morning Yoga 10:00am - 11:00am  & 11:30am - 12:30pm

 Tuesday Evening Yoga 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Wednesday Evening Restorative Yoga 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Thursday Morning Yoga 10:00am - 11:00am 

Thursday Evening Yoga 5:00pm - 6:00pm & 6:30pm - 7:30pm

 

Class Descriptions

Yoga describes practices for consolidating the mind, body and spirit. Movement and asana help quiet the fluctuations of the mind to encourage greater self-awareness. Each class provides gentle movement, structured asana, restorative postures, breath awareness and philosophy in varying amounts. 

Restorative Yoga classes are entirely on the ground. Gentle movement, acupressure, breath awareness, guided meditation and supported postures for releasing deep tension.

Qigong is a weekly drop in class - $10; Tai Chi requires six-week session commitment - $60

Friday Five Element Qigong from 10:00am - 10:45am 

Friday Sun 73 Tai Chi from 11:00am - 12:00pm 

Continuation of 73 movements - about 28 movements in - not recommended for beginners.

 

Class Descriptions

Five Element Qigong is inspired by ancient Taoist practices for health and connection with the rhythms of nature. Postural awareness and encouraging the free flow of energy throughout the body and mind. Gentle movements, acupressure, visualization with theory interwoven. Seated and standing.

 

Sun 73 Tai Chi a standardized 73-movement routine based on Sun-style internal martial arts, featuring flowing movements, agile following steps, and qigong energy cultivation. Regular attendance and practice at home are necessary to receive the full benefit.
