Part 1: Active Yoga Practice $30 a la carte
10:30am - 12:30pm Asana/Pranayama/Meditation
Warm up your body through gentle movement then shift into a focused and accessible asana practice.
Surya namaskar (sun salutations), standing, balancing and seated asana prepare you for pranayama and a guided meditation/savasana.
Accessibility and prop usage for alignment are key to achieving the benefit of asana.
Part 2: Community & Conversation - Open and Free!

Enjoy connection and topic discussion in an encouraging and supportive environment.
Restorative Yoga Practice $30 a la carte
2:00pm - 4:00pm Gentle & Supported Restorative
Enjoy a practice designed to help you ground and stimulate your parasympathetic nervous response. Expect lots of soft props and gentle assistance to assist you in releasing deep tension.
Inner Alchemy Workshops

Inner Alchemy describes the personal transformation that happens when we shift awareness to our innate intelligence. Allow your experience of life to refine into a greater sense of compassion, understanding, self-efficacy and inner peace.
Gentle and restorative yoga with extra props (pillows/blankets) to support postures and release deep tension.
Self-acupressure, qigong movements, guided meditation and energy work are also utilized to help facilitate our innate healing response and encourage our personal evolution.

Allow yourself 30 - 40 minutes for practice
Qigong is the practice of working with our life energy through gentle movements, breath and visualization, encouraging awareness of our connection with the rhythms of nature.
This is a standing practice that requires no props.
Registration not required. Just show up!
