Yoga Asana:
Props & Purpose Workshop


 



Saturday, February 7th from 10:00am - 12:00pm
Cost $30

Your physical yoga practice should meet you where you are. Encourage the full benefits of asana through the use of props. 
We will begin with a practice followed by a breakdown of the asanas practiced, parts of the body that should be warmed up beforehand, counter poses and how props can be used to improve your experience.

Restorative yoga is a balm for your nervous system and does wonders releasing tension from your body and mind.
The use of appropriately placed props can make a huge difference in how beneficial and enjoyable this practice is.
We will begin with a practice followed by a breakdown of the restorative postures practiced, parts of the body that should be warmed up beforehand, counter poses and how props can be used to improve your experience.

Inner Alchemy Workshops

Cost: $30 per workshop

Inner Alchemy describes the personal transformation that happens when we shift awareness to our innate intelligence. Allow your experience of life to refine into a greater sense of compassion, understanding, self-efficacy and inner peace.

Gentle and restorative yoga with extra props (pillows/blankets) to support postures and release deep tension. 

Self-acupressure, qigong movements, guided meditation and energy work are also utilized to help facilitate our innate healing response and encourage our personal evolution.

 

Water Element: Saturday, January 31st from 10:00am - 12:00pm

Wood Element: Saturday, March 14th from 10:00am - 12:00pm

Cost: $30 per workshop

Qigong describes a variety of ancient practices for cultivating internal energy. Living in harmony with nature and in daily life through present moment awareness is a highlight of this practice.

During this workshop we will explore a variety of tools including movement, breath awareness, acupressure and visualization.

​

Expect to explore Five Element Theory and come away with a better understanding of how to utilize these tools to help cultivate your practice.

Outdoor Qigong
Returning in the Spring of 2026!

Cost: No charge for this practice. Take the extra qi you cultivate and apply time, talent or funds to a cause you believe in.

​

Allow yourself 30 - 40 minutes for practice

Qigong is the practice of working with our life energy through gentle movements, breath and visualization, encouraging awareness of our connection with the rhythms of nature.

This is a standing practice that requires no props.

Registration not required. Just show up!
